It's the attention to detail that makes this team great. Took the time to cover all the areas where the hose goes over so not to damage my flooring. Make sure all the corners are protected from the hose. Took the time to brush out the small stain spot. The best thing is the pricing, their pricing is the best compared to other carpet cleaners. I will be using them again for my other houses.
